SHIPPING

  • Currently we ship worldwide: The processing time for all orders is 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Due to high demand, orders may take 2-3 weeks to arrive for all countries, except for remote islands, where the time can extend to about 4 weeks.
  • Shipping Cost: Shipping is currently free for all orders.
  • Order changes: Once your order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, you have to start the returns procedure once you've received the item.
  • Item not received: If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet, but the tracking status shows it's delivered, you may want to contact the carrier to locate your package. Once the item is in the carrier's possession, we no longer have control over it. If the issue persists, kindly contact us at support@zurishubstore.com, and we will do our best to assist and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Sometimes tracking information may not be available due to technical issues, preventing updates on the app. If, in such cases, you're still unable to locate your item, please contact us at support@zurishubstore.com, and we'll assist you in resolving the issue at our earliest convenience.
  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
